Shortbread

500grams of Butter
4 cups of Plain Flour
cup of Icing Sugar
2 Cups of Cornflour



Method:

Place all the ingredients into a blender on full speed for 2 or 3 minutes. Tip the crumbly mixture onto a cool surface and knead untill smooth.

Cut the mixture in half and roll into a tube and flatten. Cut into shapes and bake at 150F for 25 minutes.
